TÜBİTAK - Oxford University Press (OUP) Read and Publish Agreement

Within the scope of TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM EKUAL, a Read & Publish agreement covering the period 2026–2028 has been signed with Oxford University Press (OUP).

Journals included in the Oxford Journals Online 2026 journal collection, both Hybrid and Full Open Access, will be able to benefit from the annual AE article publication quota, provided they meet the specified criteria.

The quota distribution by year is as follows:

2026 : 400 Pieces

2027 : 408 Pieces

2028 : 416 Pieces
