TÜBİTAK – IOP Read and Publish Agreement

Within the scope of TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM EKUAL, the Read & Publish agreement signed with the Institute of Physics (IOP), covering the period 2026–2028, entered into force on January 1, 2026.

In this context;

• Corresponding Authors from EKUAL member institutions will be able to publish an unlimited number of articles in hybrid and Gold (fully open access) journals as Open Access (OA) without paying Article Processing Fees (APC).

• Articles submitted from January 1, 2026 onwards are covered by the agreement.
