WoS Platform: Research Commons (RC) has been Open for Access!
Research Commons (RC) is a new, standalone collection that can be scanned directly on the Web of Science platform or included as part of an All Databases (All DB) scan. It contains metadata records of 10 years of journal content collected from open metadata sources. At its launch, RC added 32 million registrations from OpenAlex and Crossref to the platform. RC, the scope of the documents includes further research in the fields of social sciences, arts and humanities.
*RC content will be deselected from All Database scans by default, just as the Preprint Citation Index is excluded. Users can choose to include Research Commons records in their results by removing this preset filter.
