OUR MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY

Bogazici University implements an autonomous, liberal, democratic, and participatory university governance model across all its administrative structures. While preserving its decentralized institutional culture, the university has established frameworks that ensure integrity and coherence throughout the institution. To foster a participatory system within the organizational model stipulated by the Higher Education Law No. 2547, numerous boards and committees have been established by the University Senate and the University Administrative Board.

The management strategy of Bogazici University can be summarized as continuously improving all business processes, institutionalizing process management, and maintaining the motivation and commitment of both academic and administrative staff by leveraging their views and evaluations.
