OUR MANAGEMENT APPROACH

Boğaziçi University implements an autonomous, liberal, democratic, and participatory university governance model across all its administrative structures. While preserving its decentralized institutional culture, the university has established structures that ensure integration and cohesion throughout the institution. To provide a participatory system within the organizational model stipulated by the Higher Education Law No. 2547, numerous boards and committees have been established by the University Senate and the University Administrative Board.

Boğaziçi University’s management strategy can be summarized as continuously improving all business processes, institutionalizing process management, and maintaining the motivation and commitment of academic and administrative staff by leveraging their views and evaluations.
