Wiley Free Open Access Article Publishing (Read & Publish) Agreement Has been Activated!
TUBITAK - Wiley Open Access Article Publishing Agreement has become active as of 01.01.2025.
To give general information about the Open Access (AE) agreement: If the article is accepted by the journal, certain criteria have been determined for open access approval to be granted within the scope of the TUBITAK – Wiley AE Article Publishing Agreement. Approved articles are limited to Research Articles, Review Articles, Data Articles, and Rapid Publication in Wiley-WOS/Q1 and Wiley-WOS/Q2 group journals (excluding Hindawi group) included in WOS-SCIE, SSCI, and AHCI subject classification.

TUBITAK ULAKBIM Article Selection Criteria
- The author is affiliated with one of the universities within the scope of EKUAL
- Acceptance of the submitted article by Q1 and Q2 Wiley hybrid and gold open access journals indexed in WOS (except Hindawi journals), Web of Science - SCIE, SSCI, AHCI
- Article Types: Research Article, Review Article, Data Article and Rapid Publication
- To benefit from the agreement, at least one of the article's authors must be actively working on the teaching staff at one of the Universities in Turkey. This author should be a "Co-Author." Students cannot benefit from this right!
- January 01, 2025, and later publications in hybrid journals must be accepted for articles to be published in open access within the scope of the TUBITAK ULAKBIM open access agreement, while in gold open access journals, the article must be submitted on January 01, 2025, and later and received acceptance in 2025. The article must be accepted in 2025. The articles must be published in open-access journals on January 01, 2025, and later.
