Within the scope of TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM EKUAL, a Read & Publish Agreement has been signed with Oxford University Press covering the 2026–2028 period.

Under this agreement, researchers will be able to benefit from the annual Open Access (OA) article publishing quota in eligible Hybrid and Fully Open Access journals included in the Oxford Journals Online 2026 journal collection, provided that the required criteria are met.

Annual Open Access Article Quotas

• 2026: 400 articles
• 2027: 408 articles
• 2028: 416 articles
